Coen Blue


Coen Blue is a lawyer with a passion for civil litigation. He has appeared in QCAT, the Magistrates Court, the Supreme Court and the Federal Court. He has appeared as both instructing solicitor and solicitor advocate. He has experience across all stages of litigation in matters including breach of contract, negligence, defamation, and debt recovery.

He has acted in a District Court appeal concerning a Security for Costs decision and has also appeared in an administrative review decision in QCAT, in which the client was successful.

Coen also has experience in pre-litigation disputes, such as building disputes and landlord and tenant disputes, which require problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure an early resolution.  

Coen obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology.

He is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
